Terms of Use

Welcome to Zruyc.am. These terms are an agreement between you and Zruyc.am ("we", "us") about using the Zruyc.am app and website. By creating an account, joining as a guest or otherwise using Zruyc.am, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Zruyc.am.

Who can use Zruyc.am

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you're under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you. You can't use Zruyc.am if we've banned you before.

Your account

• You can sign in with a one-time email code, with Sign in with Apple, or join as a guest. Guest accounts are deleted when you log out.
• Keep access to your email and Apple account secure. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• Pick a display name that follows the room rules. Don't pretend to be someone else, a moderator or Chat Security.

Room rules

Everyone in Zruyc.am agrees to these rules:

1. Be respectful: no insults, hate speech or harassment.
2. No spam, ads or flooding the chat.
3. Keep it clean: no explicit or violent content.
4. Don't share personal info about yourself or anyone else, like phone numbers, addresses or passwords.
5. Listen to the moderators.

You also agree not to post anything illegal, threatening, defamatory or that infringes someone else's rights; not to scam, impersonate or stalk anyone; and not to break, overload, scrape or get around the security of Zruyc.am.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Zruyc.am. Content may be filtered automatically, and anyone can report a person from the chat. We review reports and act on them within 24 hours, by removing the content and, where needed, silencing, kicking or banning the person responsible. You can also mute people you don't want to hear from.

Moderation and Chat Security

Chat Security is an automated moderator powered by AI. It checks public room messages against the room rules, can warn you privately, can remove messages that seriously break the rules, and answers questions when you talk to it. Admins and moderators can also remove content and silence, kick or ban people. Automated decisions can be wrong; if you think a decision was a mistake, contact us. Chat Security's replies are automated and may be inaccurate, so don't rely on them for important decisions.

Your content

You own what you post. To run the chat, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and deliver your content to the people you send it to, and to review it for moderation. This license ends when your content is deleted, except where we need to keep it to keep the room safe or meet legal obligations. Messages in the public room can be seen, and possibly copied, by anyone in the room, so think before you post.

Radio

The radio stations in Zruyc.am are run by independent broadcasters. We don't control their programming, and stations may be unavailable at times.

Ending your use

You can stop using Zruyc.am at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@hayastanchat.app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put other people or Zruyc.am at risk.

Disclaimers

Zruyc.am is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it running and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or free of other people's harmful content. People in the chat are responsible for what they post, and we don't endorse it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Zruyc.am won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Zruyc.am or from other people's content or conduct. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Apple

If you got Zruyc.am from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Zruyc.am or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know in the app or on this page and update the date above. Using Zruyc.am after changes take effect means you accept them.
